1. Click on View, click
on Change Columns, Click on Task, and for the Auxiliary Field, be sure Due Date
is showing (if you want that to appear on the progress report).
2. Click on Setup, Classes,
then choose the tab that says, "Notes".
If you want the note to appear on all progress reports for all your classes, you can go to Setup, Spreadsheet, and then choose the Notes tab.
3. Type
something like the following: (You can type whatever you would like- this is
just an example.) Whatever you type
will appear on all progress reports for that class.
Progress reports should be returned by
__________. A grade
of 79% or below indicates that your child may be in danger of failing this
class. Keep in mind, this is a midterm
grade only. Future assignments may raise or lower the final grade. If you have any questions,

(Type whatever special scores you have
used.)
Weighted Averages: (Only add this if you are using weighted averages)
Class work/Daily work/Quizzes = 50%
Tests/Projects = 50%

When you
are finished typing, highlight the text, and do a Control-C (copy).
Then over to the left, click on your next class, click in the white
space, and do a Control-V
(paste). Then proceed with a
Control-V to paste the text for each of your remaining classes.
4. In
order to print to the lab printer, click on File, then click on Print Setup, and
change to Lab.
5. Then, click on Reports, and
choose Student Progress.

By Show:
Remove all the checks except the one by Task List
By Signatures: Put a check by
Parent Signature, but not by Teacher Signature
By
Notes: Be sure you have a check by
Class Notes. If you have written
notes on individual student reports, then be sure there is a check by Student as
well.
7.
Click on Setup (over to the right)
Put in a Report Title (use Alton C. Crews Middle School)
Change to size 12
Be sure there is a check by Use Horizontal Separator Lines
Click on OK
Click on Next
8. To fit it all on one page . . .
Go to File, Print Setup
Click on Properties
Then in the lower right, change 1 UP to 2 UP
And/or reduce font size
Click on Print
