
Click
on Next.
On
the next screen, put an "X" by 1st Quarter grade, click on
Next, click on OK.
OR... If you want only certain tasks to count, choose Weighted Type instead of First Quarter and then you will be able to select whatever tasks you need.
6. Repeat to copy 2nd and 3rd Quarter grades. (Go back to Tasks, Copy Tasks, choose the 2nd quarter for the same class at the top, choose Second Quarter (EndTerm 12/20/2000), put an "X" by 2nd Quarter grade, etc.)

is important that you go to Tasks, Edit Tasks, Select the Points tab, and
make sure each grade is equally weighted:
You should now see a cumulative average for all 3 Quarters! The grades for any student that changed classes will have to be entered manually on the new spreadsheet.
If you want to sort them from highest to lowest average, click on the gray % box and choose Sort Students by Column.
If you want to show decimals, go to Setup, Grading Rules, Grade Tables, and toward the bottom right, you can choose how many decimal places you want to see.
To print:
Go to Reports and Spreadsheet. Did you know that if you only wanted a certain page to print, you can right click on the Preview and choose "Print this page"?
(You'll have to repeat the same procedure for each of your classes.)
