Emailing Progress Reports
(for version 8.0)

1.  Open InteGrade Pro

2.  Go to Setup, Communication

3.  Complete the following under the "General" tab, but use your name and email.

Then complete the following under the "Outgoing Email" tab.

 4.  Click on Close.

      5.  When you are ready to send a progress report, go to Reports, Email Progress Reports, and remove the checks that you don't want under the word "Show:"

   

        6.  Click on Next, and on the next screen, choose the recipients you want to receive a progress report, and click on Send All.
