| October 9 | Fall Concert Crews MS 8th - 6:00; 7A - 7:00; 7B - 8:00 all 7th / 8th grade students are required to attend |
| October 12 - 26 | ACCOB Annual Fund Raiser all 6th / 7th / 8th grade students |
| October 27 | District 13 All-State Orchestra Auditions Collins Hill High School students who signed up in September |
| November 10 | Solo and Ensemble Performance Evaluation - Duluth MS students who signed up in September |
| December 10 | Concert with Brookwood HS Orchestra 7:30 P.M. at Brookwood HS all 8th grade students report at 7:00 P.M. |
| December 17 | Winter Concerts Crews MS 6th - 5:00; 7th - 6:30; 8th - 8:00 all 6th / 7th / 8th graders are required to attend |
| January 19 | Final All-State Auditions - Westminster students who passed District 13 audition in October |
| February 9 | Violapaloosa McConnell MS interested 6th / 7th / 8th grade viola students |
| February 26 | Large Group Performance Evaluation Concert Crews MS 7A - 6:00; 7B - 7:00; 8th - 8:00 7th and 8th grade students are required to attend |
| February 28-29 & March 1 | All-State Orchestra in Savannah students who are selected |
| March 14-15 | GMEA Large Group Performance Evaluation South Gwinnett HS all 7th / 8th grade students are requited to attend |
| April 26 | Tapestry Orchestra Festival selected 6th grade students |
| May 8 | Spring Concerts Crews MS 6th - 5:00; 7th - 6:30; 8th - 8:00 all 6th / 7th / 8th graders are required to attend |
| May 14 | 8th grade uniform turn-in |
