| December 15 | Concert with Brookwood HS Orchestra 7:30 P.M. at Brookwood HS all 8th grade students report at 7:00 P.M. |
| December 18 | Winter Concerts Crews MS 6th - 5:00; 7th - 6:30; 8th - 8:00 all 6th / 7th / 8th graders are required to attend |
| January 17 | Final All-State Auditions - Westminster students who passed District 13 audition in October |
| February 7 | Violapaloosa McConnell MS interested 6th / 7th / 8th grade viola students |
| February 10 | Large Group Performance Evaluation Concert Crews MS 7A - 6:00; 7B - 7:00; 8th - 8:00 7th and 8th grade students are required to attend |

| April 25 | Tapestry Orchestra Festival selected 6th grade students |
