Designed for 7th grade students, this Online Student Research Project puts the learner in a problem-solving role. "Our Washington legislature has set aside $5,000,000 for research to find cures for three of the most deadly diseases affecting mankind. It is your job as an appointed committee to prioritize the funding for the research of the following diseases: AIDS, Heart Disease, Cancer."
