1. Open PowerPoint and add a new slide.  Then begin with a good title using Word Art.

    example:

"Looking for a Great Place to Work?"

        "You too could work here!"

        "Work at a Dream Location"

        "We are looking for you!

                etc...

2.  Remember this page is about recruiting good employees (your most treasured asset or natural resource in a quality business is your employees).  A good  start for this page is some information about you, The Owner.

Include some of the following:

  • What college did you graduate from and what is your degree in?

  • Do you have a philosophy of life or a motto you live by that might explain more about who you are as an owner?

  • What experiences do you have in your business?

  • Is there a family history for your business?

  • What do you look for in a quality employee?

  • What do you expect once you are hired?

  • Reassure employees that this would be a great place to work.

3.  Include a graphic of your college.  (you can find this on Insert +Picture + From a File + "Groups" + "Computer Science" + "Clip Art" + "CollegeLogos")

NOTE:  A nice touch would be to sign this page with the best script font you can find (so it looks like a signature).

4.  Use HyperSnap to copy your entire page and paste onto your Employee Page in Frontpage or ... Put it into FLASH and animate it first.  You can even add some music if you wish.

Here is the video to help you get it into FLASH. (not complete yet)
